Haslemere Town Council holds six Full Council meetings a year to which members of the public are welcome to attend.
At Full Council, the committees and sub-committees report their minutes and recommendations to be ratified. Councillors may also report to Council any updates from the organisations where they represent the Town Council.
The six scheduled Full Council meetings take place in:

- March
- May – This is the annual Council meeting at which a new Mayor and Deputy Mayor are elected and memberships of committees and representatives on outside bodies are agreed.
- July
- September
- November
In addition to Full Council, there are seven committees; Amenities, Climate and Biodiversity, Finance & Audit, Infrastructure and Cil, Planning & Highways, Staffing and Grants.
Committees are all open to the public with the exception of a section of the Staffing Committee is held in exempt due to the confidential nature of the issues discussed.
