Community Spirit Shines at Haslemere’s Christmas Carols Event

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday in the gardens of Haslemere Museum for our Christmas Carols event, hosted by our wonderful Town Crier Christian Ashdown.

It was lovely to see so many residents enjoying the evening, singing along with the Town band and the Rock Choir welcoming a visit from Santa, and warming up with mulled wine and mince pies kindly provided by the Haslemere Chamber of Trade and Commerce – A huge thankyou to M&S, Tesco and Waitrose for donating these.

The Town Council extends its thanks to the Town Crier, Haslemere Town Band, Haslemere Rock Choir, Haslemere and District Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Father Christmas and all the volunteers who contributed to making the evening a success.

Funds raised will be shared between the Mayor’s Charities and the provision of the Christmas Lights.

We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! 🎶✨
