Job Opportunity: Project and Amenities officer at Haslemere Town Council

30 hours per week

Starting salary £27,269 per annum (SCP 11) – pro- rata based upon 37 hr Week

Local Government pension scheme

 

This is an exciting opportunity to apply for a job at the centre of community life in Haslemere. The role involves providing practical and administrative support for the council’s assets, external spaces, and projects. As well as the practical skills required for the role, we would expect the successful candidate to be comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and the internet.

 

You will need to work effectively in a small team and take responsibility for your own workload. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, able to work under pressure and with good attention to detail. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.

 

A current driving licence and car is essential. A Health and Safety qualification would be desirable.
